My name is Janine. My husband Edward called you regarding our mattress that is making squeaking sound the last 3 weeks and that there is some sagging accruing on the mattress. You gave feedback on the mattress and said “it is not made to sit on” and I think that it is a unreasonable apply. We rotate our mattress at least once a month. I agree that the bed is not made to sit on and therefor we own a lounge. We only use it to sleep on. The mattress is made for 140kg per side and I can assure you that my husband and I are both under 110kg. From the start we received bad service when we logged the complaint at one of your reps. This mattress is still under warranty and guaranty and we expect the mattress to be replaced or our money back. I owned a cloud 9 bed for 6 years and never gave me problems, we only bought a new one for more space. Please attend to this problem and email me back or I will take this matter to the next level.

I have a guest house in New Redruth Alberton. I obtained 22 beds from Martiq Optimum Bedding during 2013 and 2014. What a wonderful experience! According to my opinion, their product is of the best quality. After two and a half years having guests every night, the beds don't even feel as if they have been slept in. I would recommend them to everybody.
