What a brilliant place to get great products that actually work and are more durable than the big brand names that we have come to know and love, I had a Microsoft keyboard that packed up only after a few months after purchase, bought a Astrum KL560 RGB keyboard late 2020 and it is still working and I am VERY happy with it. Thank you Astrum for the great products
Bought two Bluetooth speakers from eBucks store who uses this distributor with probably the worst customer service in a long while. The BT speakers are marketed as working in pairs. However upon delivery they gave me two different versions of the speakers, making it pointless. After strugling almost a month they requested i return both units, which i did. Then a couple of weeks later, after enquiring again they came to deliver first, one of the original speakers back to me, and then the 2nd one... Both identical speakers i had returned weeks back! Im not sure what level of competence is required to work here, but clearly not much. Sorry. Great speakers however, just really bad service.

After a mess up with credits and returns, proper admin were not done. It ended up me thinking I have credit whereas according to Astrum I don’t. They never did a credit note when they should have. I was robbed... Eventually the whole mess go sorted out and it was concluded that Astrum admin were indeed in the wrong. They never checked my return item back into stock before reissuing a new item. Up until now, NO ONE even tried to apologise for the mess NOR admit that they were wrong. The guilty party is a ghost...
Worst experience ever, treatment towards people is on the lowest level, @amitpansari needs to learn people skills before he chooses to engage with his staff people. Overall terrible experience wouldn't advise anyone to purchase there until amit learns how to respect people because if he can't respect people where can he respect his clients?

Terrible service from Astrum - Muskesh has the worst attitude I have seen in a long time. No respect for customers. Their warranties are not honoured, instead they return defective items right back and claim that there is no fault on the units. - Beware some of the positive reviews below are from their own staff members and not customers.
Great place to good if you looking for It and and wide range of other cool gadgets too choose from at great affordable prices and with friendly staff..
This brand is very good and i personally have used some of their products before and were quite satisfied
