Incredible Connection

If I could 0 stars I would, I made an online order and the courier company used JD Supply Group doesn’t contact clients, I waited a week for my order and couldn’t track it on their website. I am happy with my product, however Incredible Connection should consider using a different courier company as numerous customers are complaining in the reviews

Bought a laptop and extended guarantee. The laptop started having issues in March. I took it into the store and they updated the software even though it was obviously a hardware issue. Took it in for the second time and it still hasn't been repaired. They claim that their repairs take a MAXIMUM of 21 days. This is obviously not true. Tried calling the store four times today and they kept transferring me to lines that continuously ring until it automatically disconnects. Update: 12 June 2023 IC returned my laptop and said that it was repaired. It worked for a week and stopped working this morning. It will be the third time I take the laptop back to the branch this morning when it opens.

While being assisted by a very nice sales assistant, a topic of payment options came up and the gentleman directed me to the finance desk for further assistance. Found a lady who, instead of providing me with the required info, was more interested in wanting to know who directed me to her. Told her it's one of her colleagues from the floor area, she then called the colleague to reprimand him. Apparently, I wasn't supposed to approach her as she was very 'busy' and the only only one manning the area. Needless to say, it became very awkward and unpleasant being dismissed like that. I politely thanked the gentleman who was trying to get me help and left the store. I do not wish to ever step foot in your waterfall branch again

When purchasing a device your asked for specifications after you give them. They have ordered it and you'll should give them a week.. am going into 2 weeks without definite answers so frustrated really . Forced to settle for what i don't want.

Long story short, I took a laptop on layby and went in today Friday 12 May to make my final payment and take my device, but they had sold my laptop to someone else. Apparently they do not keep stock for customers said the manager Nischal indurjeeth Staff number - 228275... so then what's the point of a layby then ? Like I don't understand what rules and regulations they were making up today i have recordings and plan on opening up a case agains incredible for their incompetency... This is unacceptable.

Nischal indurjeeth Was of great help. My sister and I were looking for an iPhone 14 wireless charger, and the explanation given by his, was just what we needed. He made us understand product compatibility so we’ll. Glad he assisted us!

I bought an ecoflow fom incredible connection at Mall of Africa on the 17th of December 2o23 and within a month it was not working but I could only bring it a few days later on the following weekend as I could not get time to do so during the week. I was told that if I brought it within a month I was going to get a new one but because I brought it back a few days later, that could not happen. I left with them and I only got it back after two to three weks without one the ac cables missing. Tried calling then on the same day, not picking up the phone or pick it up and leave ot idling. I am very dissatisfied with their service.
