Worse customer service I've had in a while. New cooking plate leaking gas. Technician came to take few pictures and without testing anything, assumes it was broken during the installation made by a plumber and won't be covered by the legal warranty. Still waiting for two weeks without gas. Just buy another brand as it's not worth having rubish products breaking and having no decent follow up.
To avoid purchasing from Bosch directly at all costs. No free return and bad manners to take extra money. Pay attention to all extras you need to pay if you buy from them. Bought a kitchen extractor worth €190, had to pay €39 for the recirculating kit. The extractor came and had no decorative panel which made it look incomplete. I asked if they forgot it but was told the panel is sold separately in different colours and costs €89. So, a €190 machine requires an additional €128 to be able to use it… I asked to return since these extra costs were not clear. Got charged €46 for the return, because was considered my fault…. Nowhere the €89 was mentioned. Overall bad experience…. Update: 20 emails later, Bosch claims to have sent a refund of 82 euro... Not clear how all costs mentioned above - 46 euro to which I had to agree for shipping left only 82 euro... Very Very bad customer practices. This is really a bad service or no service.I have purchased fridge in august 2022 and in October it broken it took one week for service engineer to come to confirm fridge has to be replaced and they wanted to offer me replacement ,ent with lower energy class which I refused so they found Siemens same characteristics and I agreed but the appointment and delivery took another 2 weeks .today their delivery partner henrotte came and they could not fit the fridge in the lift I just wonder how people from cool blue did it without any trouble and complains so they left and still not solution , no service no fridge.shame on such customer service
I don’t advise anyone to buy fridge or any electric things from Bosch even you have warranty they will ask for money not happy with Bosch

No respect for customers time, appointment made for repair between 8:00 and 13:00 but no call from technician on the fixed date. Called the office and they only offer another day. So another half a day of waiting. Belgium after sales service is really bad and was hoping German brands handle it a bit better but again disappointing.
Don't know about the onsite services Bosch provides. But during an appointment for repair of our boiler, the technician did literally nothing to solve the problem and charged us almost 120 euros including deplacement, which means so much as him leaving his own house in the morning. Would not recommend if you're looking for an actual solution let alone a cheap one.
Terrible after service! Would not buy Siemens coffee machine again. Will give more points once they wake up...
