Client service at this branch is terrible. Staff constantly saying they're going to call you back and never do. Also, no response via email even after sending follow up's. Definitely would not recommend.
Dealing with Aucor is a nightmare. I took part in an auction that ended on the 30th of July and today, 12th of August 2020 I have not received my refund. I called them and the answer is: "the person that processes refunds is not in". Like I know that person! Never again will waste my time with this company and nobody should. I wanted to remove all the stars, but unfortunately the lowest I could go was 1 star.
If you are reading this review, do not buy from aucor. This place is the birthplace of frustration. Incompetent staff. Impossible to get items bought. Capetown branch is the worst followed by Durban. Aucor, unemployment is really high. Replace your staff with people that would appreciate a job. I am still waiting for my package!
First they keep your deposit for 3 to 4 weeks and when you call from ask about your money they always come with excuses, and second this is not an auction this more look like car sales, people be aware what you buying they never said the truth about the cars, not recommend !!!!
The receptionist the are so rude. Never buying from the Cape Town branch very rude.
It took me 6 weeks of endless calls and emails to get my refund. If you want to beg for your 10k. Try Aucor Cape Town. They don't care about your emotions whatsoever and they are very quick to approve you to bid but when its time to refund you. You'll be taken from cape Town to Morocco. Excuse after Excuse
I've realized that the bidding app/system is somehow rigged as there has been multiple occasions where I have bid for an item I know for a fact that no one else had bid on - then a few minutes before the time usually 15 minutes - 30 minutes, your bid is set to the current max bid price. Nowhere does it mention that your bid will be set to your maximum bid price should no one else bid against you, quite sly if you ask me. So be careful setting a max bid price. Also, getting your items can be quite frustrating as some of the dispatch workers don't seem to know what to do and what to check for - the new workers to be exact, you can easily wait up to 30 minutes just to collect - then still wait another 10-20 minutes waiting for your items to be found, they are very inefficient.
I have always supported Aucor but this branch needs to up its game in the refunds department, i shouldn't have to wait over a month to get a refund back. I dont fuss to pay whatever deposit is required but i do expect my money back timeously. Furthermore you dont get responses to emails which is frustrating

Always a struggle to wait for lots to be uploaded online, even ON the day of viewing, it's still not on. Very inconvenient for people traveling from further away.
