Happy with WP motors Durban road branch. Especially the sales guy Jacques for his prompt and professional service. They definitely do go the extra mile for their customers. Will recommend them anytime.
The worst service and customer experience we have ever received from any company dealings. Rude, disrespectful and immature are just a few characteristics owner Phillip has showed us when approaching him with a challenge we had. It was exclaimed that he does not deal with “the public” before storming off in a rage. Sales man Trevor clearly does not have a good example to follow as our calls where repeatedly ignored and disregarded after he got the sale. It felt more like a hustle to get money then providing us with a quality service and customer experience.
The service I received from WP motors in Durban Rd is outstanding, thanking the team for the excellent service, especially Jacques who went all out to assist me in getting the best car that suits me needs. Big ups Jacques you deserve a 5 rating!
Extremely bad after sales service. They just want the sale and afterwards the sales people are like ghost. I bought a 2015 Nissan Xtrail 4x4 Desiel in March 2022 and have had endless problems with suspension, engine mountings, loose mirrors and engine management. I asked if the vehicle was accident free and they lied as I had it checked by a professional vehicle testing center. The vehicle has been in for repairs 3 times and nothing has been done to resolve the issues. When i asked to trade the vehicle in for something else i was told I do not qualify. I have to now repair the vehicle myself and I'm paying so much money every month on the installments.I was told that I purchased a used vehicle and now I'm liable. I could have bought a brand new vehicle for the price im paying for my vehicle that is currently unable to drive. Be extremely careful when purchasing a vehicle from them!!!!
