We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at apartment A1101 oceanview Bloubergstrand. The apartment was modern and clean with spectacular views over the bay looking towards Table mountain. CTHA have been most helpful has the first accommodation we booked we were let down on and CTHA promptly produced this fabulous apartment with no extra charge. Thank you so much CTHA.
Beautiful apartment; great service. The terrace was very sunny and we asked for an umbrella. The next day a beautiful umbrella was delivered. Lauren and her staff were very customer oriented. Communication was quick and the apartment was cleaned regularly. Nothing to complain about. Next time we will definitely rent from CTHA againRooms: 5/5
I once again stayed in one of their properties in Cape Town. The area was great for what I was looking for and the property was clean and beautiful. I am a returning guest and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff makes me feel comfortable and the booking process directly through their website is smooth. I’ll keep on booking with them in the future.
We had an excellent time in Cape Town. The Apartment was great. The view of Table Mountain and Robben Island made our experience even more enjoyable. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and family and I am certain we will be staying here again in the future.Rooms: 4/5
Location great! Safe. Beach is beautiful with spectacular views. But that is it! Cleanliness was below standard. Bathrooms outdated and were not very clean. Stained floors etc Kitchen wooden floor had water damaged and was not repaired. No house keeping provided Some of the appliances were not operational making it an inconvenience. Had to wash and physically dry towels and linen. Apartment was infested with insects. Host had to spray doom in all rooms. Was not pleasant as we had an 8 yr old child with us. We stayed in apartment 136. It needs to be updated, especially for the price. I am not sure how the service and other apartments fair.
Horrible experience We did not have a good experience with Cape Town Holiday Apartments. We checked into an apartment right next to a big road with no isolation or proper protection from the noise. I immediately attempted to call the company to ask for an early checkout/alternative apartment and they kept promising to get back to me. The following day - having been awake since 4am due to traffic I called again and I was offered 50% of my money back if I checked out. I asked to talk to a manager but was denied. We tried to explain that this was not a fair offer as we were not able to get more than a few hours of sleep in the accommodation we were put in by them. In my desperation I attempted to get through to them on their Facebook wall but a few minutes later my post was deleted. I was reading other posts on their wall with similar negative negative feedback but they were deleted the same day. The company has a high satisfaction score because they are deleting comments. I hope they are not able to delete this one. Very poor customer service, low quality of apartments and just a dishonest company in my opinion. Furthermore they still haven’t paid back our deposit and claim we broke the curtain which we didn’t even touch. Scam at the highest level
I recently Stay at 14 York Mews, Seapoint, Cape Town. Great location. Lots of interesting places nearby. Clean apartment and lots of amenities available to use inside the apartment. Fast internet. Street noise can be frustrating at times especially at night. But overall great place to stay and it is safe and secure.Rooms: 4/5

Apartment 137A I was nervous at first because of how cheap the apartment was. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and my nerves were put to rest when everything matched the description. The view was breathtaking , the apartment was clean, I loved how modern it was with the TV with Netflix and wifi easily accessible. I particularly loved the app which provided you with all the information needed. My only complaint I will have has nothing to do with the apartment, but the hotel staff, on one evening we got dropped off at the hotel entrance and the security guard was very rude to us. Did not bother to greet me back, rudely asked which room number I was and where my key was and then proceeded to cause a scene and refuse for us to go through the hotel entrance way. The manager came and told us to use the apartment entrance. Please take note it was 10:30pm and we were two girls in heels being told to take a very long walk round to the apartment entrance in the street yet there is a door through the hotel that leads to the apartments which we were shown upon check in. The security was so rude I was actually so surprised and after expressing our feelings the manager was now accommodating and wanted to take us through the way we had intended to use, however, by this time we had already ordered an Uber to drive us round to the apartments entrance. That was my only disappointment. The views are amazing, the three different pools are amazing, and the customer service on the apartment side is phenomenal.. highly recommendable for future visitors. Security deposit is also returned within 7 Days as promised with no issues.
The overall experience with this company and the apartment was a nightmare. The aparment is located in a extremly loud road with no isolation. It's also everything located in one single room. The company gave us a lot of problems to cancel the booking. We explained them many times that the loudness was unbearable and that we couldn't sleep. I broke my ankle and I needed proper rest. They eventually cancelled the booking but we still had to pay way more than we would like to. After our stay, they took more than one month to return me deposit back. They were creating false scenarios to keep that money, even telling me that i broke some of the blinds. At end they told everything was fine and I got the deposit back. The whole thing was subreal and stresfull. Avoid this people, very unprofessional.
