What a treat. Our second show in as many weeks. Last week we came to see the 80’s vs 90’s and today we came to see a tribute to the 60’s. Both times we came with our young kids and grandma and it was so much fun for all of us. A great way to introduce the kids to live music from years past, in a safe family environment. The lead singer on the 60’s show today was such a hoot. He carried the show. Both guitarists were exceptionally talented as were the drummer and keyboardist. The band had us on our feet! The venu is great and especially during covid. Each group has their own table, or row. It’s not too big or congested so no big crowds to deal with. Customer service from ticket bookings, food service and right till our exit from the show was faultless. We will be back again. And again. Thank you Barnyard for such a wonderful afternoon.
We went to watch the Queen/ABBA show. Actually, you can't call it a show, it's a concert. It was magnificent!!! All round fantastic service from the staff. The performers and band - all I can say is wow! This guy does Freddy Mercury better than Freddy himself. As for the ABBA girls - fantastic. The band - what a band!!!! Go and support them!
Had a great office year end and watched we are the champions. Well done on a super lively show with talented artists. If u smoke rather gp outside..the smoking lounge is a bonus but very hot and smelly with no ventilation. The venue was also very hot inside..need a lot more aircon power and air flow. Otherwise good experience
Top quality experience all round. Best music standards and audience enjoyment, and ambience and other services! It also happened to be a fundraiser for a good cause which is highly recommended.
What a spectacular performance by the full cast. We enjoyed the 80's vs 90's show. From the receptionist till the bar staff was excellent. The venue is much better than the previous venue. Sound and lightning was on point. Enjoyed every minute of the show. Will definitely recommend the Barnyard for a good time.
The good: Its always fun to see a show at the theater. The sound is good. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The bad: The chairs are not the most comfortable. In our case they forgot to deliver our food but quickly rectified the issue after I spoke to them.
What a wonderful and amazing experience. Good vibes, friendly and helpfull staff. Really a go back to venue for the whole family.
What an amazing show...the artists where brilliant almost like the main characters...we went for the 'We are the champions' show...the booking procedure was ok & you could Pre order your meals...we Pre ordered the pizzas which we'nt too bad cost around R130...the only issue to worry about is if there is a corporate group which they usually host & in the interval it can drag on but you could enquire in advance to make sure there ar'nt delays... There are no generators etc so if it's load shedding they usually delay the show till lights come on...the seating is ok with wooden stools barnyard type & the venue is great...
I enjoyed it very much and will definitely go back. The food on the other hand was okish not bad but could be better. I received cold food and my chips looked like they have been left over night open on a table and cold. But my overall experience was awesome. I will go and enjoy another great show soon.
My 1st and definitely not the last liveshow I attend at The Barnyard Thearte. I thoroughly enjoyed the event, "We are the Champions" as the artists were clearly well prepared and talented!
