I had problems with my brakes for months - it made the scariest noise. Something didn't feel right. I brought my car in over and over, but I was told everything was just fine. My husband even tried and went for a drive with one of the staff members. Nothing was ever wrong, according to them. Then we had a problem on the N1 - struggled to brake. I'm back at this place and SURPRISE! - my maintenance plan simply won't pay because it had just expired. I am going to have to fork out now because they discovered that the brakes are worn out. I complained and was assured that someone would get back to me. Of course, that didn't happen. I am terribly upset sitting here having to listen to staff one burly guy in particular swearing on the phone about load shedding or something. I will have to take this further, but I do advise you not to bring your vehicle here. There are some nice staff members, but I am not here for a sweet smile, a cup of coffee or popcorn.
Rude service staff, took my car in for a service and it came back with a Barrons sticker on the rear window without my permission. When I enquired about they just didn't care. Ask for prices before accepting anything! Brake fluid R170 but the labour cost for the brake fluid is R985.00! Over half the cost for the annual service is Labour which is rubbish. There is a labour cost for the annual service and they just add labour costs for anything possible.
If there was a minus score I would have rated it. Bought a brand new T Cross and at 4844km on the clock it develops a fault. It was towed to Barons Bellville and eventually 3 days later we receive a call from Yumnah to say the control box is faulty. 6 to 8 weeks delivery from Germany. I get told "there is nothing they can do and if I have a problem then take it up with VWSA". What a cop out. No offer to try and assist us in anyway at all. Don't come to my coffee shop and complain because I will refer you to my coffee bean roastery...see how you feel.

Not very impressed. Walked in there yesterday 26 Aug looking for an Rline T-Cross. Walked around for about 30 min on the showroom and eventually left. All sales people were unoccupied and in there offices. Not once did someone ask me if they can assist. Was greeted at the entrance by a lady at reception with a nod…defn not going back!

Terrible service and the service manager has a definite attitude problem! Selling our VW to buy a Toyota due to poor after sale service and service centers.
