The service is friendly and effective, not the cheapest but they did everything we asked. bit more flexibility in their system around labour being tied to parts would be nice. thanks for the bulbs they were cost effective and it did not take me more than 5min to put in and well worth the R250 saving to diy. rest of the service was good and everything is working. Nice coffee setup. parking for your second car dropoff bit of a mission just be aware.

Bought a car there with 8,000 km's on the clock. Within 7000km's I was told the brakes needed to be skimmed. Obviously I advised them to not skim the brakes and replace them as I was within one year/20,000km's of owning the vehicle and the brakes should be replaced. I was then told they had already skimmed and it seemed to have fixed the issue. Fast forward to my next service, I was told that the brakes needed replacing on MY cost. Needless to say I am still awaiting any feedback from the dealer principle/pre owned sales manager as to how this cost has fallen onto me.

Had the best service with then , attention to detail and letting me know what needs to be done to my car and advising me what to do as I had just purchased it from a second hand dealer who was suppose to replace those parts ,

This is the worst possible place to take your Ford in for a service. Rather drive the extra mile to Paarl or some other branch. This branch promised me my car would be done in 2 days it has been 2 weeks now and the last service I had they had my car for a full month. And the worst of all is, it takes them up to a week to read data from the diagnostic machine, another 2 weeks to place the order and then another week waiting for the parts. Absolutely pathetic. No one ever picks up the phone, manager is never available, and they just don't care about their customers.

Well done to the Staff at Ford Tygervalley, you delivered on all the promises and car was ready for collection on time.

This was not my first visit to Ford Tygervalley and was not my last. From when I phoned to book an appointment for a service untill the job was done the service was great. I received an sms to confirm my booking. On the service day my vehicle was inspected and booked in. I was phoned during the service about 90 min before the end to tell me I can collet at a certain time. The service was really out of this world. Well done!!!

Everything about Ford Tygervalley is top class. They have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff who really go the extra mile to make your experience great.

Was a little bit concerned as it was quite difficult to get hold of a service adviser when making my booking. However once the booking was made, the service was outstanding, professional, and very well organized best dealership I have serviced my vehicle at in Western Cape.
