I came here to buy a new vehicle and I was directed to Trevor, a Highly experienced Senior Sales Gentleman. He took me through the cars to help me find one and within 2min I found the perfect one. He then took me inside and made me an offer that pulled the earth right out from under my feet! I was Amazed and he was so kind and very understanding. He explained everything very thoroughly that I needed to know and he went above and beyond without a doubt and without me having to ask for everything! I am absolutely Honored to say that I can call him a Best Friend at first sight. There is a very huge difference between a salesman trying to make a sale and a Real Man touching base with you to help you find and achieve what is best for you as an individual! Absolutely outstanding service! A Hero is not just a person that saves lives but mostly people who touches your heart with the intend to bless you and help you make a difference for the better! For some time Nicole A, was telling me to come to Barons N1 city, they are the best. I finally decided to give Barons N1 City a try and bought a Polo. I am just blown away by the car, I was sold. This first time I walked into any Volkswagen dealer. Never in my entire life will I ever go back to Barons N1. Had a major issue regarding maintenance plans. I were told my engine,gearbox and electrical components is covered but actually had no coverage for one of those due to people not knowing how to do their work , although the payment were done very quickly. I was truly disgusted by the service I got there!!!
I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, and both times, I was treated wonderfully and professionally. Lawrens was my sales executive who helped me on both deals, and each time, his service was exceptional. Speak to Lawrens if you need a deal on a new car.
I booked my vehicle for service and it was very poor,asked them to check one of my headlights because it was faulty but they didn't even bother checking it. My car was not washed properly. Had to wait very long for their lift,the lady kept on telling us one of their drivers is 5 minutes away but guess what!!! We waited and waited till I arranged my own transport.
Dear drivers, passengers, learners, fellow motorists, I have rarely experienced service of this standard, given with such pleasure and a smile. Ashley and Carmen have gone miles out of their way on our trade-in and purchase. Miles and miles and with smiles. Nothing, and I mean nothing, was too much trouble; prices negotiated with grace, irritating questions handle with aplomb, full tanks of petrol when a R200 stipend is given, a WhatsApp group to let us know the status with regular updates, a tyre plug sorted two days after we’d left, I was even given touch-up paint! I could go on… If your experience with dealerships is condescending macho know-it-alls then here is a local revelation: a genuine, friendly, unbelievably focused team who actually believe in customer service. I could not recommend Ashley and Carmen more, a heartening opportunity to feel like a customer should - like a King. Proper old-school service like this is all but nonexistent in 2023. Thank you both for your time, energy and patience; and for truly believing that happy customers are not guaranteed, they are earned with hard work and the right attitude.

It really helps when people are attentive especially to a woman who knows zilch about cars. After so many bad experiences eslewhere I will definitely use you worshop again. You guys rock.

Impossible to make a booking for service or repairs here. I've been trying for days now and apparently Jackie is the only one that can make a booking and she is always busy. Also never calls back. This has happened multiple times now.
