I am so happy with my boot repair! From the start, their customer support was great. Once my boots arrived I was shocked. I never expected them to look literally brand new since they were beyond broken. They did an amazing job! Awesome company that I would highly highly recommend. I'm definitely a life long customer now.
I took my long riding boots in to be refurbished having absolutely no idea that they would come back looking brand new as if I had pulled them straight off the shelf. I cannot recommend HQE enough! The attention to detail is phenomenal. The owners & staff are friendly and easy to get hold of with any queries you may have - definitely worth every penny.

My much loved riding boots looked ready for the bin after riding 85km in the dust and heat at SAIC 2021. However, Hello Quality worked their magic and my boots look as good as new. They found an innovative solution to the worn leather on the inner sides that had perished due to the horses sweat and now my boots look super funky. I can’t thank you guys enough

Hello Quality is absolutely amazing! For a great price and fast turn around, I got new rubber soles and new elastic laces for my tall boots Ive had for ages. With that and a free mandatory full leather treatment my boots look brand new! I would HIGHLY suggest any equestrian to please send their items to Hello Quality before anywhere else.
