Very spacious, neatly packed and friendly staff.big selection of pets and exotic animals. Has vet right next door and also a pet wash station. I always see passion for animals when I walk in there. You guys are doing great.
Staff are knowledgeable very friendly and willing to assist with any queries. Prices are good and you can take your dog inside, just mind your k9 friend make sure you don't let them pee on their stock and displays common courtesy. Also loads of pets available from, reptiles to rodents, if your dog is a bit vocal, be sure you can manage it, don't want to stress out the other animals.
Great variety of pet food, toys and houses.
Animals are well looked after, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. A great variety of products for all pets. It's also really cool that they allow rescue organisations to have adoption days there.
Very good variety with good quality products. A bunch of special treats to chose from. They have a good section with healthcare products for your pet. Checkout and pay usually takes long as they usually have 1 person working at the tills.
Just picked up fish for my daughter. Cane home and about to release them and 1/3 infected . Fish staff unpleasant. Post edit, all the fish died but original tank fish fine. Diseased batch full of fungal infections. Disappointing as an end of school gift for my daughter. Have offered to refund me. But not worth the petrol and effort, and doesn't fix a gift that brought disappointment.
I never had the opportunity to meet Nadine or Guy but their managers Michael and Cassandra and staff are just wonderfull. This is definitely the place to go for live aquatic plants a tremendous range of fish and even a few Bear Hamsters and rats that were in "Quarantine" and of course the bunnies which are just the cutest. To me a measure of the salt of the business is the cleanliness of cages and in this store they are SUPER CLEAN you alway see someone cleaning surfaces and class tanks and parakeet covers. Well done on such an amazing range of food, treats and cat furniture too. The best kept pet store secret in Cape Town and well worth the drive from Cape Town. Definitely not to miss if ever in Somerset West or shopping at Somerset Mall.
Staff are amazing and helpful.... I wish I got the ladies name that assisted... So awesome and these guys are super educated... They know their stuff. Thank you team you all are fantastic. Love my new baby and his cage and stuff.
Staff are always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to assist with a smile . Pricing is fair and what a variety to choose from ! . All in all a great experience for the whole family. Plenty of parking aswell.
I have had the UTMOST displeasure of having to find extra time in my week to go to the Someset West branch. From Patrcia smiling at me and waving like we are family to the groomers who love showing off their skills with the little and not so little creatures they get to groom. My favorites though and call me biased is definitely Cole and Chante in the fish department, i have never waited for service or had a problem they could not assist with! Always friendly and ready with a joke or two and if they don't know they make a point of finding out. I would also like to comment Michael and Cass for the amazing way they look after the store and the staff memebers! Not always a bad thing dealing with management! Lol Thank you also to Ryan , your nope ropes are scary but i have somewhat overcome my fear of them! And lastly Chandre, thank you for never fotgetting to NOT use the points! Love your work guys! Keep it up!
