My wife and I came to your store. 1. We waited very long for service. 2. Another customer also waiting We both came to buy a stove we like. The sales person said his got 1 on display And will check the system. We waited 15 minutes. Eventually we couldn't wait any longer.. We left without the stove. And it was going to take it today Not nice servers..
Good for wholesale as well as retail shopping. Always neat & clean; great product range; great prices. The in-house coffee shop adds a useful place to have a snack after or even before shopping. I always find something interesting to buy here, even if I don't intend buying anything!
Montague Gardens workers are so rude. I asked someone to keep an item aside for me and he said he can’t only within 3 days. I called this morning as he said only for him to tell me there’s only 1 left and he won’t keep it aside for me as 3 days is too long. The worst customer service ever. And has the audacity to tell me that I’m the one that said I’d call back today. I wouldn’t randomly call back if he didn’t agree with me that I can request them to put it aside today.
I purchased a Canon printer yesterday. Donovan was so friendly and so knowledgeable about the product. He even phoned me today to find out if I managed to install it and gave me advice on the cartridges - what a pleasure to deal with him. I have never had such wonderful after sales service. I cannot say the same for all the ladies in that section - stand around either chatting or dancing to the music - shocking!
Received very good,friendly and professional service from Allistair in the appliance department. We called prior to visiting the store that day, although it was busy and he was trying to assist two customers at one time, he managed to still deliver on service and have our goods ready for us to be in line and pay. He explained the warranty, after sales service and delivery. Another sales assistant that was very helpful was William, that offered us a trolley for the other smaller goods we purchased. Thank you, to both Allistair and William for your great service !!
Deliveries within 24hrs of ordering - AMAZING!!! Fantastic delivery service from Makro using WUMDrop as their courier. Order a few items that happened to be from two different Makro stores in the Western Cape. That resulted in two different packages to be delivered, and thought it would take a while for me to receive them. Wow, in less than 24hrs I had both packages. Amazing !!! Keep up the fantastic service.
Makro Is just another level of shopping experience. I do our monthly bulk shopping there for the prisoner food for work and I find everything there in bulk under one roof at affordable prices. It is just such an amazing shopping experience. And all the friendly people I have met there is unbelievable
I had very good experience with Makro Montague Gardens as I bought LG washing machine which gave me too problem after 6 months, I logged four tickets with LG to try to fix it but unfortunately they couldn't, I escalated the issue to Makro call center and I spoke to the manager shiren I was shocked from their quick action which they contacted LG and they gave the full amount as credit on makro card so I can buy another washing machine, they have the best customer service.
Tumi from power tools was helpful and friendly. At the check out a staff member observes the transaction and packing. This makes the security check and till slip stamp much quicker. This means no long queues to get out the store. Store was clean.
Makro Montague Gardens is very nice to be there they selling a quality stuff inside even the workers inside are so helpful because they are trained to do their job tanks Makro.
