If I could score them higher than 5 I would. Incredible service, polite, professional, attentive and friendly. Bought my second choice product gladly. Retailers out there, take note...

I have called this store 5 times this morning and no one answers, are you guys really that busy??? or are sales over the phone not that important, will try some other store rather, Pathetic to say the least

My son and I had the best shopping experience here. The salesperson who was helping us was very clued up and knew immediately how to assist us. We had him running up and down but he was patient and very attentive. The ladies at the till point could do with a bit of people skills but in general we were happy and found everything we were looking for. It's nice to go into a store that keeps up with the latest trends and doesn't fall behind. We had a great experience.

Customer service is very good, their customer Assistant are ver friendly

Very bad service, unprofessional. I phoned yesterday morning asking for a specific takkie for my son and was told from a guy they have only one size 4.5 half left I asked if he could keep it as i was coming after work to get the shoe and he said to me no they can't hold items which I understood. When I got at the store and asked about the shoes another guy told me that it's on hold someone else until today and when I asked why they couldn't do the same for me he had no answer. According to me can't tell one customer you can't hold items but yet you hold items for other customers. Very unfair what goes for one customer must go for all. Will never shop or even try to shop there again

Extremely full and very popular. Very disappointed in the service at the till. Asked we paying cash or credit card .then told to wait at the cash till..then asked the same question from that cashier...then said sorry wait for next cashier..then again asked same question...3 x Cashiers...that's bad service Perhaps put up boards saying cash only etc... Floor staff very friendly and helped us quickly. Only issues was the tills.

The music is way too loud, can’t stay inside for long, make my ear and heart uncomfortable!

Place very load. Staff over enthusiastic, making some hiding in the mist not willing to help, rather sending you to someone else

I am extremely happy with the service that I received from 2 employees in the month of May 2022. One of the managers Yusuf and a colleague Siya went above and beyond to track down and get what I was looking for. Thank you guy so so much. I truly appreciate it Canal Walk
