Stuttafords Canal Walk

This store is always in a mess. They need to consider hiring staff that will fold away their merchandise. Also not being able to exchange items at the tills sucks. Not enough tills at customer service either.

Poor service. No ever there to help customers. Also never have stock of various items. I was there one day waited for almost 20 min..before being attended to and then did not have stock of 3 different items I was looking for. Especially on the sales days the service r poorer than ever. It almost as if the consultants are not interested in attending to customer.

The staff at this store is not well trained and when shopping around 11am on weekdays, they make you feel like the do you a favour to serve you!

Stuttafords is now closed and replaced with H&M
