I have received absolutely no service from this place. Spoke to two guys named Luc and Shawn. They keep making promises to get back to me but they never do despite my numerous attempts to do business with them. Awful service to say the least! - Weeks later I spoke to the "manager" Vanessa who promised to help but nothing as yet.

Service is amazing when they are dealing with you for sales, but non existant when they mess up. Struggling for a year and half to get a refund. Was recently informed that the business owner has passed on and assets frozen in an estate. I wouldn't do business with them anyway!

DO NOT buy from these people!! My order was so late, and when it did eventually arrive the shirts were stained and had holes. I tried to exchange them or get a refund, but they won't get back to me and stopped taking my calls. Even blocked my number on the cellphone. The supposed "manager" was so drugged up she couldn't function. I've had to replace the shirts elsewhere and worked through the night to get my order done in time for my customers. I am now out of pocket. My small business has suffered because of these thieves.

Went in to get prices of their hoodies, ended up getting great service and a detailed explanation of their services, qaulity assurance and pricing. Sent through my order, will see if I receice a qoute back asap. So far a good, professional experience.

The worst service I have ever had with a printing company in 11 years. Rather spend a few rand more and get better service. 2 of my 4 printing jobs over R20k in tshirts was done wrong after sending full artwork a d sign of temples. Made Me be late for 2 charity events after reprints had to be done.

It's company I won't ever reccocmed two any one...we Did printing work for them in February and are still batteling to get paid...the staff never and reply to emails...the managers never does .either ...we do printing on mugs.tops bags and more

Absolutely useless. Been struggling for 3 days to get a quote. Spoke to both Shawn and Elmarie - USELESS. Absolutely no feedback!

I know they have been through a traumatic time, however they will need to keep things going. Their stock was very low and their website is extremely outdated.

They never respond to any inquieries. Waiting over a week on a price. Why do they advertise?

went there last week and apparently they moved or closed - no answer on the website phone number either - very frustrating
