We bought a pool via One day only. The pump stopped working and the lining sprung a leak. According to our invoice the pool was under warranty. My husband contacted One day only. He was called by the Kid zone and was told that they would send a replacement pool pump and new pool lining. This was over a month ago. I emailed them to follow up and was told someone would be in contact. My emails are now being ignored. I have now had to contact One day only again to see if they are able to follow up.
I ordered Christmas presents from this store on a 40% sale. 10 days later I am advised that the supplier no longer has stock and I will be refunded. A further 6 days down the line and still no refund! They do not respond to calls or emails.
I would like to express how impressed I am with the service level. 5 stars isn't enough. I purchased a metal frame pool and intex auto pool cleaner from other suppliers and then found my Intex pump wasn't strong enough, so purchased a stronger pump, I however faced a couple of challenges and The Kid Zone was incredibly helpful. They not only send me a whatsapp video on how to sort my issue out but also twice sent me the parts at no cost the next day. Thank you Jonathan and team.
Absolutely amazing! Not only do they have great prices, but their delivery is super fast. I placed an order at around 10AM today and received my order just after 2PM! I honestly didn’t expect it to arrive until at least next week. The items I ordered were also at such great prices. I have definitely become a fan of this place
Absolutely fantastic service. Have done a few orders, even returns and replacements are very efficient. This week's order took the cake - it was processed same day and delivered one day after, just in time for placement under the tree, superb!
I asked for a last minute request and they delivered over and above my expectations! Incredible service, and even through in lovely free gifts! Highly recommend this company for online orders
