I recently booked my car in to have some work done at this Ford Dealership and was so surprised but how efficient and friendly it was. Not only did everything go as planned with the work they did but they also offered me coffee from a barista who had parked a professional coffee truck outside but they also had a promotion on where one could win some prizes by popping balloons. I forgot to even take part on this but great idea. I often feel dealerships are necessary evils of owning a vehicles but my experience here was really good mostly because the people are so interested in making sure you feel comfortable while visiting. I would definitely recommend this dealer over other Ford dealers I have been too if you need things done on your Ford vehicle. Well Done to the entire team.
I would like to commend Abby for her professionalism and acceptance. Since the beginning she conducted herself above what I expected. She kept me informed about the job to be done on the vehicle and even arranged a curtousy car. Layla also need a compliment for her professional conduct in checking the curtousy car out with me and explained the procedure. These two members of your staff are really true gems and management need to appreciate and appraise them.
Worst service ever. You call more than once, nobody assist you on booking a service. I still wait for feedback from April 2023 we are in July 2023 already, If you call to book a service you will only get assistant a week later. Please be prepare to have a lot of airtime to waste because you get transfer the whole time for about 30 min and still no help. I see a lot of people get this service from Ford N1 City, nothing new its old news seems like you dont care about any of your reviews and if you loose clients. Why should we care if you dont.
Took my car in for a service within 3hrs it was ready but came back faulty. The car missed at a certain speed. Took car back technician accompanied me on the road to find the fault car went back to ford. On returning the car my book of the ecosport was noisy. I received my car with that noisy sound. Now that noise was never there and they must have fiddled with the boot and just left it with that noise. I will never take my car to N1City again. One of the worst services I've ever had.
Worst experience ever! - Takes almost a week to get hold of someone to make a booking - Ask for estimation on service cost I was told R2800 inc Labor - They phone me at 11pm telling me breaklight valve needs to be replaced and will cost R480 - Person that dealed with my booking and service desided to take half day and I did not get any feedback until i phoned at 3:30pm they close at 4 on Fridays - Go to collect my car and total cost was R6,000.00 which is a RIPOFF for a minor service and break light bulb I would 1000% avoid this branch.
Great service from Raeez, walked in not expecting much as a client who expects quality service, was very pleasantly surprised. Maryke the finance lady, brilliant to deal with and extremely willing to accommodate all my needs and suggestions. Anyone who can satisfy me in the service department I will most definitely recommend as I feel it is the most valuable aspect when it comes to business. Thanks again to the team.
I'm new to FORD and took my vehicle for its first service since I bought the vehicle. Was quite busy today and they came out with clipboard, take your details, offer you wheel alignment job for R410 incl VAT and you go inside to sign book-in confirmation.Was sent SMS's regularly regarding status of job. There were people calling me NON STOP to try and offer service to repair chip in my windscreen for R489 which I said no to, because I have body maintenance policy. Overall, I feel the service was very good from FORD. I like the fact that they upfront with the price for add on's also
Service is poor. It is difficult to get hold of the person you want to speak to. You are often kept on hold for long periods of time. My most recent contact with them was the cherry on the cake though. I called them to ask their advice on my wife's 2016 Ford Fiesta. The fan suddenly would only work on setting 4. When I explained the issue to the service manager and asked what the possible cause and solution would be, he advised that the whole instrument console would have to be replaced. This at a total cost of R 5000 excluding labour. Not wanting to spend so much money on what seemed to be a small issue, we called another branch of Ford, only to find out that there is a much easier and cost effective solution to the problem.
I needed to take my vehicle in for a service. The check in process was very efficient and quick. Abby helped me through the process and was so friendly. She kept me updated about the status of my vehicle throughout the day and the technicians completed EVERYthing which included washing and polishing my car before 4pm. Best experience!!! Good service centre, a bit frustrating that on arrival you cannot list issues with the vehicle. My vehicle was booked into the express bay and therefore no time allocated to possible problems.
