Austinview Kennels offers to the discerning dog owner luxurious dog boarding accommodation with personal care to each dog entrusted to us.

Description

Austinview Kennels have 12 luxurious dog boarding units of between 25sqm to 30sqm in size or 40sqm ito 45 sqm in size. We cater for dogs of all breeds and sizes. We provide personal care, love and attention to each dog entrusted to us. The property is ideally situated on a large agricultural holding in Midrand well positioned to cater for the boarding needs of the discerning dog owner.

We cater for:

long and short term stays
day stays

Our Kennels were constructed late in 2012 and our first arrivals were on 20 December 2012.

Worse service - Gary refused to release our dog and my fiance was literally in tears while he shouted at her and continued doing so despite asking him to relax, I also had to beg him to release our own dog! Unacceptable.

First of all - it was prearranged I was literally 10 mins late due to traffic and kept you updated at least 4 times in these 10 minutes - it does not give you the right to shout at clients and go hysterical, witnesses will soon rate your services of that event, I nearly called the police as Gary would not release my dog to me and made me feel unsafe. You mentioned that day that the area is dangerous and also mentioned men trying to enter your premises... that’s probably why you were so hysterical - so please don’t mention that I had disturbed other dogs by being 10 minutes late - perhaps you shouldn’t be taking care of dogs if the area is so unsafe. Also a complaint or bad rating doesn’t have an expiry date. Once again - witnesses shall be rating your terrible service too! I agree with the other comment in your rating - unfriendly! After sunset being 18:00? Good luck to any clients who dare pitch up 10 minutes late - you shall not receive any consideration and shall be screamed at in public, yes in public as we were not allowed to access your property anyway, and did not access your property, our dog was handed to us outside your gate in the streets. The fact that you respond this way and in no way take responsibility shows the exact character that raised his voice at me continuously and went as red as a tomato whilst doing so. Lie? I'm the client who actually has witnesses to this event. Your exact words were "men threatened to enter your premises with guns". Please note that the service provider you pretend to be on the telephone or internet shall eventually come to light. - I SHALL RAISE THE TRUTH OF YOUR SERVICES ON THIS PLATFORM.
