I bought my current Mazda 3 here - The service was amazing and the man that helped me Johannes is the most friendly and kind guy! He made me feel safe and looked after thought the whole process and was always there when/if I had an issue or concern! Very Highly recommend.
Would definitely recommend dealing with this dealership. We are in durban, but recieved top notch service in every aspect. Our salesman, James made every effort to ensure we had peace of mind and even brought the vehicle to KZN for us. We are extremely grateful for the good service, and we will definitely deal with them again.

My XC60 has been serviced here from new with no issues afterwards. The staff is friendly and helpful, and special instructions are always carries out correctly. Janice deserves a special mentiion. Some signage as to where the service office is would be helpful for newcomers, but if you ask someone would happily show you where to go. Keep up the good work!

The servicing area is a shambles. You call to book, you don't receive confirmation they don't give you instructions. Which entrance to use, no idea what time I should be there, if they we offer me a lift home. No proper Covid protocols at all entry points. I walked in no temp taken and no signing in. Fingers crossed that my car comes out ok!

I am really not impressed with the service I got from Volvo Bloemfontein. I took the car for service on the 8 January 2021, Today it's the 15 January. I was called to collect the vehicle. Only to find out its the wrong XC90. No updates no feedback. I have to constantly follow with Janice. This is unacceptable. Sharon Chesiwe
