Phoned them to make a booking for my vehicle and kept on being put through to service department for 20min with no one picking up the phones. Then being told they will phone me back, no one phoned me back. Then tried phoning again to make a service booking but no one answered the phone.

Up to so far they are best VW garage for service, you are attend by many people, and the very friendly and treat you all equally. They have understanding when coming to how far you have travel to get there ,and a quick service for you to get back,my car also don't give problems after the service.

WORSE SERVICE FOR A MINUTE PROBLEM Wednesday, 14 June 2023 @12h50 I only wanted someone to replace a simple little fuse... BUT NO! THEY WANT ME TO BOOK MY CAR IN FOR A "DIAGNOSIS", THEN THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME, WAIT FOR IT...R1400! Ridiculous! YES THIS STORY IS FOR REAL!!! I stopped at Lindsay Saker BLOEMFONTEIN and had the worst experience. I wanted someone to replace a fuse, because the the lighter socket made a spark when I tried to plug my GPS in. Then I saw there was a ten cent at the bottom of the lighter plug and it fused made a spark when I tried to plug the GPS in.

Great and effecient service. Ample parking space, easily accessible entrance and exit to the main road. Staff 10/10

Rear indicator bulb on my VW went off whilst on the N1 heading south, to avoid a traffic fine, I opted to pull into the nearest VW dealership along the route, for what I know would have been a quick 5 min bulb, purchase and replacement. To my surprise, the lady manning the service desk, flat out told me that, emergency or not, they couldn't do the quick bulb replacement for me without a booking at least a day in advance . Which I found to be ridiculous, her colleague sitting next to her agreed with her that, I was asking for too much to get this little emergency sorted so that i can get on my way.

Fantastic service, as always. Was interested in a specific vehicle and the sales person WJ went out of his way with answering all of my questions and concerns. After deciding to buy, WJ kept me up to date on all steps and processes. The FNI Desire was awesome as well. Always more than happy to assist even with my mid-process changes. Would definitely recommend. Always leaving as a happy customer

Lovely restaurant with exeptional dishes beautifully plated by the chef. Keep up the good work!

No place for customers to wait. Have to stand in the sun for hours while waiting for you vehicle. Mostly white people working there in a town where there is high unemployment amongst the previously disadvantaged. Suggestions. Promote more black people. Dedicate a place for people to sit and wait. Provide refreshments, even if it is of the paying type. Be more friendly and informative.

What a wonderful experience after an exhausting day! Our Kombi broke down en route from Sun City back home to Port Elizabeth, about 25km outside Bloemfontein. Not only did these guys come collect and tow us all the way back to their workshop, but after receiving bad news that the vehicle was not repairable in the next few days, they went out of our way to ensure that myself, my hubby, our 5 children AND all our holiday luggage were dropped safely at our guest house. I have never experienced such friendly and professional service! And from every single person we dealt with : Thank you SO much!
