I booked an appointment for a normal, scheduled service. NOTHING WRONG with my XF other than the service due and the eco stop/start that sometimes fails. On arrival, I had to sign an agreement for them to phone me with a quote for the intended work and if I decline the quote, I had to pay a R2000 penalty fee. I also got a call to tell me that the eco function does not work, as my car does not have the option fitted! How can it then work at times?? The cost of the service was R12 025.09, which I paid. I got a second quote by email for a further R52 877.68. This was for among other things, replacement of stuff that might go wrong in the future. Absolutely ridiculous!

I have just purchased a new Jaguar XF R -Sport from Jaguar Bloemfontein just before Christmas, what a car, I have always drove Volvo car from 2010 S40 ; 2011 S60 , an XC 60 and 2015 an D4 XC60 ; So I have been a fan of Volvo until Yvette introduced me to this XF R Sport, ofcourse I was very skeptical to change until I did so. Jaguar cars are so unique and have that unimaginable feeling when driving it, I am so happy that I do not miss my Volvo cars, my son is so addicted to Jaguar that he feels we should go for an F-Payce soon. Yvette and his Sales manager were so good to us from the time we were introduced to Jaguar, I am feeling guilty why didn’t I start driving Jaguar from my first car, The service is great and the guys are very helpful no matter how many times you return back to them for certain information since the technology in the car is so advance and takes some time for one to understand it, they explain and assist until you understand . So happy for my Jaguar, its so immaculate.
