Pathetic service!!! Pre booked online. Paid online! Get to the branch to leave and the car was not ready. They did not even have a clue I had already booked! They had to still find a car, like literally walking around the car park pressing the button looking for which car lights up! And only once the manager came he apologized for the wait he will then prepare it! They then deduct money from my cc not knowing I already paid online! This is all after I already gave them my reservation that shows all information! Although the hiring of a car is so convenient the service makes it such a inconvenience!

Very pleasant front desk. They were willing to change the car for me even though they had a limited stock. The branch is actually in Mafikeng Industrial area.

Very clean and serviceable cars. Management always ready to listen to different challenges facing their clients. Accessible from all directions and easy to locate. At this place you will always find then kind of a car you are looking for.

The worst service ever. I requested a change of rental from manual to auto. I gave adress  they promised  to deliver and I waited till never. Not even an apology!

I didn't like the customer service at all. No welcome, none of that. It's either you know what you want specifically or get out. Didn't even get a pamphlet to choose from. Worst service I've experienced.

The service is superb. Excellent mannerisms and very professional. They are quiet friendly as well

Great service there's always a vehicle available and you get free upgrade if they don't have your booked vehicle

Kaya has yet again given me that special service.  Its always good to interact with her at the Avis office
