I have rented cars for many years and have never had limited mileage. I rented car knowing my trip was over 2000 miles. I returned car and was told I would receive an email receipt. When I received receipt I was charged .25 cents for  933 miles-$233. I have rented from Avis before and have had no issues. Not sure if this is new or bait and switch? When I picked up car they tried to sell me anything they could, but did not mention limited mileage. Probably won't use this Avis again.

I love renting from this location because you don't get charged all the crazy airport fees and taxes. Every time I rent cars from here they are always brand new cars up to par and I usually get free upgrades because the economy cars are always gone. The gentleman that runs this particular location is just as sweet as he wants to be and is always courteous.

I like this location.  Price is much better than the airport and customer service from Roger is fantastic!  I have never had to wait for more than one person ahead of me at the desk!

Service Roger was good, until I woke up one morning on our trip, and had a dead battery which I had to call roadside assistance for to get a jumpstart.  Avis then charged me an extra $185.00 for a roadside assistance call, which was their fault because they gave me a car with a dead battery.  They obviously don’t inspect their vehicles when renting to the next customer, and thus pass on the expense to their customer.  I would pass on this place, give out an improperly running vehicle, and then charge the customer for their screw up.  Not good to the customer.  I will not use Avis again.  UPDATE:  Thank you Ashley for helping to rectify this situation, and clearing it up,much appreciated.

Very Friendly and very professional. Ordered a weekly rental and prepaid online. My reservation was pulled with no issues. We received a brand new Kia Sedona to rent which was in mint condition and still had that "new car" smell. Returned with ease. I would recommed anyone who is able to pick up away from the airport to try this location. The prices are better, and there's no hassle!

I rented a vehicle from David, from the Sun City Grand Ave location. I was given absolutely no instructions on how the different functions of the vehicle worked. Terrible customer service. I will never, ever, ever, rent from Avis again.

Horrible customer service....horrible experience in general, they gave me such a hassle for my marital status. Then on top of that they ran my credit without my authorization wouldn't recommend this company at all the receptionist is horrible

I was very satisfied with the price I received and friendliness of the staff. Cheapest rates around for the SUV I rented for a weekly rate.
