I rented a vehicle from these people but it'll be the last time. I refilled the vehicle just before handing it back, but they still charged me refuelling charges. Also an e toll admin fee on top of the toll fees incurred. Ripoff artists and AVOID AT ALL COST.
I hire a car for the second time this year when I return the car the first time they checked it and was happy the second time the lady by the name of Florence check that the car was clean with a full tank of fuel and then ask for a slip for the fuel and I told her nobody told us to bring a slip now or the first time. Now the taking money of for a liter of fuel plus andmin and other cost. When you phone the phone just rings and if they eventually answer they sy someone will contact you and they just don't.
I have rented cars 3 times now from First Car Rental, all 3 times the attendant was anything from 5-15 min late. The last time I returned my vehicle at 14h30 the attendant wasn't even at the desk or even on the premises, had to phone her to find out how I can return the vehicle. She said to leave the key at the security guard, which I did. The next morning I received an email telling me that my vehicle is not returned. This is ridiculous, I will not rent a vehicle form them again. I hope they will not charge me extra for this rental!!!!!!!
Not transparent at all, I returned their car on Sunday as our agreement on Monday I kept getting emails and sms's that I didn't bring back the car, I responded to one of their e-mail up to today they haven't replied me.
