I was shouted at because I returned the car dirty, not like driven on dirt road dirty,  it rained in the Eastern Cape and KZN. I was not aware I should have cleaned it, just fill with fuel and return.  The agent was rather rude.

Bad and poor service. Avis is deplorable and I would not recommend it to anyone. They rent out vehicles with expired e-tag and then charge you for the tollgate fees. This company is ridiculous and unprofessional. They even asked me to send them an email to explain what they have on their system and it has been over 2 months and no response from these crooks and thugs. Avis is a criminal organization and I suspect it will soon file for liquidation. Avis is USELESS

I don't think I will go there anymore.

Just realised now that you needed to have +_R15k in your account to rent a car for one day from Avis or Budget if you are in Rustenburg, PTA or Polokwane and many more Inland areas. Last time I rented a car here this was not the case2019. I guess I can blame it on covid

The car was not ready. I had to wait for quite some time!

Systems need to be more live and updated. Even after I returned the car, still received calls from HO as to when am I bringing it in

The group don't accept dept card and its a probleme because in these times you can't walk around with cash in your pocket
