I returrned the Avis vehicle 14/12/2022. I am batteling to get help as I need my Deposit money. It is now two week and still my Deposit not payed back.I was contacted 23/12/2022 for my Banking detail althow I Completed a Form the day the car was delivered at my residence and my Bank detailsis a request on the Form and I did fill it on the form.This very bad service from Secunda Avis and Avis

NB: Please take note of the km of the car when you take it at Avis because they claimed that I used more than I actually used. It was only when I corrected them that they charged me for the correct km. They almost charged me R 3700 extra.

They keep very few vehicles on-site/reserved. Reservations require 3 days to be confirmed. This makes it very hard to plan or count on avis Secunda. Unfortunately they rarely have vehicles to rent and so I was left waiting 3 days only to be informed that my reservation was cancelled

Safe reliable car, fast service even on returns

Very slow service. Depends who you get there, really. But overall not so great service. Not sure if it was because they were census fatigued or if their service is just terrible all year round. I'm hoping it's the former and not the latter

I went to collect a car at AVIS that was hired for me by my insurance but after about six hours I had to return the car because the side mirrors didn't have blind spot portions. Avis couldn't give me a car with blind spot mirrors because of the vehicle categories. I'm not going to drive a car that has no blind spot mirrors it is risky I'll wait for my BMW that is at the panel beaters.

I paid deposit of R1800 and only received back R1300 Petrol was full car did not have damages it was inspect befor I gave the keys

As i get paid avis takes money from my pay without any contract or rental. Friday7th. While i still awaits my R7000 deposit. They took a further R5500. Mnisi DS

Received a vehicle that was not filled up and had to pay double when I dropped off the vehicle in JHB. 2 months later still trying to get my money back from Budget/Avis. Verify your vehicle is filled up when receiving it!!!
