A Ladies Gym opened 2016 in Sasolburg. We are here to help you lose weight and achieve your goals. We are ONLY women. And so far every member has seen results and that is what keep us going. We are a clean and neat gym. And you are welcome to come and look your self at any time during our operation hours. Blanche Steyn even give personal training. The first month we help you to achieve your goal and to know what to do, the next month we give you a program, but our service is always there to help you and to motivate you.
