I'm so disappointed with B3 ,I submitted a claim two months ago,up to now no payout.i l've sent several messages to S Sonney ,she is not responding. I'm m so fed up I even stop my premium.i wouldn't advise anyone to take B3 .
B3 is TRASH ! They tried to pull a stunt with my father's body and tried to give it to someone who isn't family or anything to my dad and on the Monday they gave us the run around just for us to find out they were processing paperwork for a complete stranger to bury my father. They are not to be trusted and they display no moral ethics and they fired the person who helped us
My wife claimed a month ago with no payout,but they keep on taking the premium.Really bad company won't advice to be part of it so disappointed
Their chat online won't even allow me to ask questions regarding the policy..... Ontop of that I've been waiting for payment for over 3months now
