The manager, Louis, is the best part of this store. In a day and age where people don't understand what customer service is anymore it was a refreshing experience to meet a manager who is attentive to his customers' needs and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks so much for great service Louis!

Me and my husband had a great shopping experience with very friendly staff. We actually came back for a second round of shopping. A big thank you to sis Precious who assisted us throughout our entire shopping with wonderful suggestions and as a first time mom to be, I was very happy with the choices and the information offered. Keep up the good work. A well deserved 5 star.

Very bad service, i wanted to buy the BABY EINSTEIN NEIGHBOURHOOD FRIENDS ACTIVITY JUMPER - they only had the one on display and there was already scratches on the frame also it was dirty from all the touching and they refused to give me ANY discount on it. And then when i walked out the security lady told me two times my baby is to fat for the Hedstrom - Toddler Swing, she is 5 months old. So this store wil NEVER see me again!!

Incompetent staff regarding their products. Not very friendly or try to assist customers in to making the correct choice in purchasing a product or neither do they go the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction.Always understaff considering its a large franchise store.

I love the service here, friendly staff, everything of good quality. Best baby shop ever... It shouldnt have closed during lockdown. Im very saddened by baby shop closing during lockdown.
