Warm and friendly staff on entering the shop . The lady helped me to collect what I had ordered and saw me to the pay desk .The merchandise was neat and the floor clean . So all was good until I was told I needed a new card and I wanted some questions answered and to change my cell phone number . I was helped by Michelle who did her best however I have no good words for your Customer Service and Fraud section. I had to repeat my details about 6 times to the same amount of people . We stood at the counter for almost 2 hours being transferred from one person to another . I still dont know that my new cell phone number has been recorded on your records . The one telephone consultant even dropped the line and we had to phone again . My Identity Document and signature was emailed by Michelle to Customer Service twice and they said they hadnt received it . My daughter had to scan it into her personal cell phone and email to the fraud department. This time they received it ! I left with a new card but was unable to use it as I have to wait 48 hours to make a pin code . To say the least I am most dissapointed with your service and would like to be contacted with some answers from yourselves .
This store has the most friendliest staff. What a lovely warm welcome received on entering the store. Staff were willing to walk around and help check for items on the floor, super attentive and helpful. The store is well stocked. An extremely neat and clean store.
It's like a normal Edgar's but it didn't seem to have all the brands that are at Sandton. But there is a lovely view as you go up the escalators. More change rooms are definitely needed because there was only 3 on the ladies floor and a long long line of women
Service was excellent. Must commend Xolane who assistad us. Keep it up
They were extremely rude and friendly telling me the store is closed and that i must pay and leave or come back another time if I want to check sizes still.....I will never shop there again
Beautiful, huge shop on 2 floors with a pretty good variety of merchandise with only 1 pay point on the lower floor
The staff on the floor active wear was not helpful at all. In fact, as we were going around , they just walked away to chat with others on the other side...
