Balmoral Hotel

I highly recommend this lodge, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and affordable. Unfortunately due to loadshedding and someone checking out early morning failing to close the entrance gate after leaving my vehicle window got broken into. Upon checking out the staff were very concerned and took photos. Morne from the lodge called me the same day, apologized for the incident and offered to pay my insurance excess, which he did. Thanx for your professional care Morne, you get 10 stars

It was good.Everything was fine..Just did not like it when they removed our belongings from the rooms while we were busy in training.They could have asked us to remove it ourselves.They put everything together in a corridor...Like we at a school camp....not nice at all...and now...some belongings are missing...Rooms: 4/5

Its a very very nice place, the stuff is Soooo friendly next time we will definitely stay a week this will be our second homeRooms: 5/5

Great reception from Bruce,during the short stay Leoni and Chrystal was very friendly.I really felt at home. Rooms: Well kept and as they say home away from home, will definitely be making it my preferred choice. Safety: Had no worries. Noteworthy details: Maybe just a update on breakfast times and WiFi password when receiving the keys.Rooms spacious and cosy.Loved that there were enough towels and working air-conditioning.

Nice place and quiet area

They’ve put so much effort in this place. It has so many things too while being clean and well kept. The staff is also very professional and friendly. I’d most definitely go back here.
