Not a bad experience, but not one I'd give 5 stars. The exterior of the place and the interior pool area are beautiful and serene. The hotel was nice and peaceful. Service was friendly and the staff was always helpful, but the other elements left me wanting. Double check the views of the room before booking cause I got a ground floor unit that offered no nice views, and workers who roamed the grounds occasionally could see into the room if my curtains were open. Also not all rooms have a bathtub - double check that as well if you're keen on having the option. Food is a big part of the experience for me, and unfortunately it wasn't great. Breakfast options were ok, but not great in terms of the selection and even the taste. I make better breakfast at home : Sausages and bacon tasted odd. Not sure where they buy them from but the quality was just poor. Room service offered 3 bacon/ham sandwiches and nothing else. Would be great if they could also offer a simple salad as an option, or a simple chicken and chips. Maybe my expectations were through the roof given the great reviews but for me, although it was a nice stay overall, it's not really worth returning and paying a premium given the many options around. Didnt tick all the boxes of luxury. I'd give them a 3.5/5.
Such a wonderful little boutique hotel conveniently located with a stunning indoor pool and garden and a magnificent wooden staircase. The host was very friendly and was always keen to assist us. We loved our visit and would definitely come again. Would highly recommend this place for photo shoots as well.
It is a beautiful serine and cosy Banksia, I love those lounges where you could have a romantic evening just chatting to your love one, being at the engagement was a warm and comfortable , set up perfect to celebrate a special occasion it would have been completed if there were catering for the occasion, but those two gentlemen as waiter was excellent , service , I will recommend the Venue at any time to others

I love the spa, awesome service in beautiful setting. Haven't stayed over at the guest house as yet but it looks amazing and staff was very friendly and helpful while waiting on husband to finish his spa treatment.. Unfortunately they only have 1 therapist.
Such a Beautiful Boutique Hotel, Simply designed and really warm. I have stayed here a few times and the space is well designed. Awarding winning boutique Hotel, complimented by great service and warm receiving staff. Situated in a very safe neighbourhood and 15mins away from the airport and 10mins drive away from the central business district. spacious rooms with great views.
A beautiful establishment with really great hosts. The lady responsible for breakfast was really warm and hospitable! I will go back there anytime. The rooms have no telephones therefore I had to use my cellphone to call the listed number on the internet to request an iron or for my clothes to be ironed . The service was awesome overall and I will use the establishment again.

Such a magnificent location. So beautiful and refreshing. The staff are impeccable, generous and always willing to help. A must visit if you're looking for a luxurious boutique hotel experience.
Awesome spa with a wonderful therapist. The setting of the hotel is incredible - quiet, peaceful, beautiful. The undercover pool area is a little slice of paradise.
