I was really disappointed by the shop especially with all the social media hype. I didn't recognise the staff members there and they were so completely uninterested in assisting me. The lady at the till actually stood yawning and barely said anything to me, just handed me the card machine Shop looked run down and was not well stocked and the prices were ridiculously high for some items - Almond Breeze milk which is around R39 in most shops was a whopping R69! I was hoping for the great experience people seem to rave about but in all honesty I don't think I'll be back. If your staff can't accurately represent your brand then you are either treating them badly or you have picked the wrong staff.

Found this place just in time for my Keto journey! Love their variety and they home deliver! A must visit!

Wow, what amazing treats and awesome service!! Everything I ordered was beyond my expectations in terms of taste. Banting/keto friendly food has never tasted this good::!! It was my first order and happy to say I am convinced to remain a customer!!

Lovely cheat free treats.  The passion fruit cheesecake is simply the best.  It's hard to even believe that it's healthy it's so delicious.  It makes such a difference having some of Banting Gigi's treats when following a ketogenic diet as one doesn't feel deprived of sweet things.  The delivery service is wonderful with a friendly drop off at your door.  Highly recommended all round.

It's no wonder Gigi and her team are so busy!! Never mind the excellent service, but knowing that they pour so much love into all they do is enough to make people come back for more. The food and sweet treats are so amazing, I will definitely continue supporting them.

Bought some treats on Mr D. All well presented and tasty, with a handwritten note apologising for an out of stock item, and a replacement. Good value, will order again!

I love to eat and love my food! The meals are filling healthy and most importantly well priced. Keeping me healthy and well fed during lockdown! You cant go wrong with any of the meals or treats! Safely delivered to your door so no need to risk the shops loving it!

I am giving one star because I feel Gigi's meal are good but her service is very poor in the sense that when you give good feedbacks she is happy but when you give a feedback on meals you are not satisfied with she never accepts she is wrong especially if she gives discount, then she reminds you of the discount and make it seem like because you have gotten a meal at a discounted rate you should accept just anything. She also agrees with you for an order and changes the order without pre-informing you only to bring and say "I didn't have this or that so I made this for you". Gigi I know you are amazing but you must learn to accept when your customers are not satisfied and look for better ways to improve on your services.

Super easy ordering process, my order came way faster than I ever expected and was so delicious and guilt free I'll definitely be ordering again. Products are 100% genuinely good for you as my dad tested his sugar before and a few minutes after consumption and it didn't push his sugar levels up so we are really impressed

I have a sweet tooth. Since I started banting I thought my days eating sweets were over. But then I found Banting Baker Gigi!! Her sweets are Delicious!! No sugar, no gluten, no carbs--and it tastes like dessert should taste. I've had the donuts and the cookies and am planning to work my way through the rest of the dessert menu. I love this place and I'm not sure that's a good thing! :-
