Noordhoek Farm Village is situated 30 minutes from Cape Town’s city centre in the tranquil farm atmosphere of Noordhoek. Noordhoek is a treasured Cape Town destination and is famed for its’ long white sandy beach, vast wetlands and an ancient milkwood forest and offers a relaxed unhurried lifestyle for residents and visitors.

It really is a lovely hidden away village deep in south and it’s ideal for a day outing. There are plenty of restaurants with outside seating – and there are dedicated play areas to keep the little one entertained. Beyond the food, there are many unique stores with products that you won’t find in the big brand chains. A big shoutout to Martin and his speciality carved wooden cars which make an excellent gift. The bathrooms are clean and available, but the parking is very limited.
If you are looking for various restaurant options within close proximity to each other in the Noordhoek area, then the Noordhoek Farm Village is a must visit. We visited twice, every time at a different restaurant, and I must say we really enjoyed both. The first time we visited we grabbed breakfast at "Café Roux" reviewed separately which had a nice big playground next to it to keep the kids busy. During our next visit we had a late lunch at "The Toad in the Village" reviewed separately that also has a bar area if you are just looking for something to drink. The center of the farm village has a nice big green lawn for the kids to run around and it is located close to Chapman's Peak, making it easy to visit.
Not really a mall. There's a few places to eat, which seems connected it does not seem to be a variety of restaurants, but rather 1 that has different sections on the property. 1 pet shop, 1 gift shop not much else to see. Car wash is in range with similar stall washes, but did a good job and was actually done on the time they said they would be.
Looking for a family outing? Day out with just the mates or looking for a place to have the perfect date ? The Farm Village has it all. A playground for the children to play on while the adults have some alone time with good food. Bring the mates and have some beer but don't forget the dog. Pooches welcome. The Village has a fresh vegetable market, restaurants, health stores, ice cream bar, clothing and shoes stores and even heath shakes.
I've always loved this place but, having recently become a parent, I've discovered that it's one of the most perfect places in CT to have lunch and watch your kids playing in the playground. Burger, beer, beautiful setting and kids entertaining themselves. Doesn't get much better.
Great Great setup. The bakery has beautiful fresh bread, the restaurants are all excellent. Kids can play in the little play area. Truly worth it
Awesome space with lots to explore, a few different restaurants to choose from, as well as an awesome ice cream shop, and a few other little shops as well. A really pretty setting at night with all the fairy lights put up in the trees and on the buildings. Definitely a nice place to visit for a date night or just dinner with friends and family. Most of the shops are only open during the day so if you want to browse those then go earlier, but the restaurants and ice cream shop are still open in the evenings.

Everything that makes cape town great in one big farm village. Restaurants, bars, accommodation, brilliant food and service all in one place. Get a beer at the toad bar, stay at the noordhoek hotel or go have some delicately crafted meals at their restaurants. Their coffee is also amazing! Happy to provide me with my triple shot morning cuppacino, which is great, awesome little baked goods, digestive, chocolate chip cookies. Some people ride in to breakfast on their horses. It's a dream this place and a good one
love it, i just always wonder why the need to allow a few cars right inside the courtyard when there is such a large parking at the back. it would feel so much better and less worrying without those parked cars there for kids and adults alike! too much steel in our loves as it is, the natural setting is tarned by this i find.
