Today I received EXTREMELY BAD Customer Service from Kirstenhof Police Station. The "Officer" who assisted me was very RUDE, COCKY and IRRITABLE only because I interrupted his lunch time. I went to have documents certified and stamped and I needed to fill out a Affidavit. There was a lady who came in after me and the lady "Officer" who assisted her became also very RUDE and COCKY towards her. The lady said that all she came for was to have her documents stamped or certified and now she is getting an ATTITUDE. She was EXTREMELY ANGRY when she left the Police Station. Customer Service is KEY, especially when you dealing Face to Face with the Public. No matter your Position, you need to have Good Customer Service skills.
The best police station. They helped us without any questions regarding my late beautiful Mom yesterday. Sergent Van Willig hope that I spelt it correct thank you very much and to your colleagues too.
We had a family emergency of violence against women. My niece got a protection order against an ex boyfriend. It was handed in by steenberg police and they told us it was served to this guy. The guy kept on harassment on the phone and we ask if the order was served they said yes.. We wanted to make a case against him and was sent from steenberg to grassy park multiple times.. Only to be told harassment was not bad enough.. We ended up at Kirstenhof out of desperation and was assisted without questioning why did we come there.. Out of their area they went and served the protection order which was never served by steenberg police as they told us.. Thank you to Captain Jones and his Team for speeding up the process to stop this guy from harassment.. We need police like these who don't hesitate to help woman esp during this 16days of activism.. Thank you once again Team.
Went today - 31 Jan 2021 on the final firearms amnesty day to renew one licence and dispose of two fireams in my wife's name. Was met by a dedicated team of friendly and welcoming police officers. Paperwork sorted in under an hour. Too many names to compliment them all, but Well Done guys - showing patience and understanding even on a Sunday.
Credit where credit is due!!! Really professional staff - helpful and compassionate - even during load shedding. Hats off to all the service you provide to your community. A lot could be learnt from Kirstenhof police station by other branches especially Claremont disgusting, dirty and careless attitude. Thx.
Genuinely unhelpful and unfriendly. The lady who does Police Clearance Certificates only does them by appointment and only a couple days a week. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Worst service ever.Waiting almost 2 years for an appointment to get something sorted. Even the underprivileged areas have better service!!!
How can a police station not be able to verify a stolen vehicle?

Polite, not sure if he really was interested but I hope so as it was because a tow truck pulled in front of a motorcycle and caused it to crash,shame the poor guy on the bike must be badly injured as the tow truck driver clearly didn't look, any way he said he was sending some one out to the accident.
