Unfriendly,impatient staff!!!we call it chips in south africa ,not Fries!!!! You should add some sachets of sauces!!some of us need some sauce!!are your cashiers from America????they need some warning from managers!!!replace them!!we need the owner to come on this platform and give us answers!!!if YOU want slimy chicken grilled with the butt still attached,go to Barcelos Ermelo!it's a BIG NOOO!!from me
Overall service pathetic and unacceptable. Extremely rude and unfriendly cashier No communication from her no greeting no verbal communication only staring looks. No repeating of order. Upon collecting the order. On enquiring the pricing of a item on the menu. She replied she doesnt know and shrugged her shoulders. Wrong order was given so we went to ask her if we can please get the correct order. She grabbed the polyesterine and took it to the back. We asked her how long we should wait she responded in zulu and mummbled in english. We regularly buy and it is not uncommon to recieve poor customer service from staff members. On the plus side the food is good but you can expect poor service from staff I would recommend staff training.
Good service But they don't put wipers
I gave them a call to place an order and they told me it will take 2 - 3 hours for my order to be ready. That's absurd, I can cook a meal in that time and have it. Slow service is a common denominator here. I hope Barcelos you read these reviews to improve your service.
Their chicken is nice and tender but the pap is a no-no. The garlic roll sometimes lack butter but as for their chicken, I give it a 10
I was very disappointed with your service your chicken was dry and cold just bathed not busted in sauce yet I waited about 20 minutes I guess I was waiting for the chips cause they were fresh I don't see myself buying there again, will stick to poncho's thank you
Service takes a bit of time but the food is nice
45 min for 2 burgers, unfriendly staff, bun was old with almost no sauce. Not going there again.
You should be awere that the trading hours are not the same as the one on the site.
