I usually buy shwarma at Mochachos and today I was like let me try shwarma somewhere around,biggest mistake see attached.They opened the whole shwarma to do the filling,how do you actually eat it when it's all opened up.The source was too much, did not even compliment the vegetablesFood: 1/5

Food is pathetic, chips still raw. The chicken was so freaking small not enough for a family. And to pack the food in a foam container, all the sauce went over the whole box.

Barcelos Forest Hill branch - This has been our 'Go to branch' for our family. Your new Manageress Matilda, is an absolutely rude and arrogant person with an attitude like no other! I actually canceled my order and walked out of your store. Your previous Manager was an abserloute happy go lucky man and he knew his customers so well. Id like you to view your stores video footage at 17:15 and see how she has that dont care customer attitude. Even as i walked out of the store, she sinically raises her voice and says "Good bye, have a great day hey", hence i approached her and told her about her mannerism. I will never put foot in that branch ever again and use my hard earned money in that store. I have been a loyal customer since this branch changed owners 3 times if im correct and since you opened at Forest Hill. I simply told them if i could pls swop the coleslaw for a salad or small chips, because since May 2022 i contracted Uric Acid and can't eat acidic stuff. Had she spoken to me in a decent, polite and a good manner, you would have never received this complaint. I'm just a drop in the ocean when it comes to customers, but i assure you, you're going to loose good loyal customers to other competitors, because of Ms Matilda! I eventually went to Nandos by R55 and spent my money for my meal. I really hope you train Matilda and teach her about customer service and ethics. Thank you,

Lack of communication to the customers, they don't tell customers that the order will be long. Their waiting time is too long. I am so annoyed with this service. We received food after an hour and it was very cold

I recently visited the branch and ordered a family pack, but looks like they just threw everything in the packet, sauce was leaking all over and chips were stale. Overall presentation deserves a 4/10

I've had Barcelos before, not at this branch. I can tell you that the standard of the food was definitely not that is should be. The chicken was tuff and the chips cold. There is definitely room for improvement on the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff. I can't recommend them. Go to KFC.

I ordered food for delivery, however i recueved the wrong flavoured meat. The boring part is I bought the food for my visitors and I couldnt return it. There is a big room for improvement, please take your staff for training. Im very disappointed, how can one not understand Lemon and herb flavour and give me mild peri flavour. The meat looked like it was cooked the day before

Service was not that much up to standard like what resturant offer. Cashier no smile very serious look. The food ddnt take time & was v delicious bt no child chairs of which I have to eat with my baby in the lap. I think if they improve of de cashier & make it child friendly is gng 2 be de best resturant & for heaven sake have glasses for drinks

I would like to pass my gratitude to Barcelos Forest Hill Manager and his staff for an amazing and spectacular anniversary lunch i had yesterday. The food was mouth watering and the level of service was overwhelming, you guys are superstars. Keep it up ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER Lavious Magasi
