Pathetic customer service from NMI Toyota Centurion. My Fortuner was in for a security update on 06/12/2022. Only when I fetch it was I informed that is was smashed by their staff on their premises. Charl Botha was apologetic and assured that they would have it repaired in January. I have not received any call to arrange for this damage to be repaired, I have called them only to find out that Charl isn't there and that Brenda will respond which she has not done.

Poor communication, unprofessional service staff. I left my car for minor service oil, plugs and break pads. 5 working days later, zero communication. When I called I was told the guy responsible for my car named Craig bunked work for two days. What exactly does that have to do with me? So the entire establishment depends on a guy who bunks work Monday and Tuesday? I am still stuck, no car no communication from Toyota, almost a week later.

Great service from Liberty Ngoma. A true professional. Great innovation from NMI to use BOLT to transport their clients home instead of using a shuttle. I wish other dealerships will follow their example.

They will tell you after purchasing a car from them that you can come back if you have any problems within 6 months. I had a problem with a water leak and brake light bulb error message that keeps popping up from time to time. Took it back they only managed to fix the leak issue but the brake light bulb error was not fixed as they could not figure out where the problem was. I took it back and tried to ignore the error until my boot suddenly stopped opening. Called the dealership and spoke to my sales guy of which he told me to remove the battery and put it back on to reset hoping the boot will open again but it did not work. I sent an email asking for assistance as this vehicle is still under 6 months warranty offered by the Toyota Centurion but was ignored. Just shows they don't really care about after-sales service.

Friendly and professional service, make you feel like talking to old friends, not salesman

People there are so welcoming and have nice hearts and smile will definitely make you believe they're the only dealer you can rely on

We went to have a look at the vehicles on the floor and the collection is good, but when we wanted to get a coffee at the kiosk, the attendant told us they do not use the coffee machine after 17:00, at the time of the request it was still 16:45, which was a bit strange. So its good for viewing and buying toyotas, but not for having coffee after 16:45.

Takes an hour just to get your car checked in for a service, after the booking has been made in advance!!!!
