Ask you to rate them from 1 to 5 but only 5 count. Why then even ask to rate 1 to 5. Paid for wheel balancing and didn't get result slip with invoices. Ask them to rotate wheels and ask if it was done. Because the vehicle have a slow puncher on the left back wheel I know it wasn't done. Don't know if I will trust there service again

Changed my review after last visit. Before: Well organised and received good service. After: they quoted us R16 000 to repair my wife's car. Went to another service provider who found that what Barloworld said was wrong with the car, did not show on their test equipment. Repaired the car for R800!

I took my bakkie there in June 2016 for a 30000km service. Two issues irked me during this visit: 1. Despite me arranging everything almost a week before, they still struggled to organize a courtesy lift for me to my place of work. I had to wait almost 2.5 hours this despite my place of work being less than 5kms away from them. This courtesy lift was even worse after the car was serviced. they could only come fetch me after their office working hours, long after 5pm. 2. During this service visit i made them aware of the problem with the faulty doors. They checked and found the problem to be locksets. Since the vehicle was still under warranty I didn't understand the need to pay out of my pocket and chose not to fix them if I would have to pay. Now 13 January 2017, voila! I get a call from them that the locksets had been ordered and received last year already! and that they are ready for fixing for free after all - and that the service would be covered by warranty!!! Where would the money have gone had I paid for these locksets in June last year???

GM BARLOWORLD CENTURION - GM OF PATHETIC SERVICE AND THIEVES Had it been possible to give them 0 star that's what I'll do because they deserve no star at all. This is the most pathetic mediocre GM dealership I've ever come across. I took my car in to them for a minor oil leak and that's when my nightmare started. The technician by the name of Johan didn't fill up coolant after replacing critical water pipes and my car overheated and damaged a lot of things. They didn't take responsibility for much they only replaced the cylinder head They even offered a 2nd hand one... is this common practice for GM to give customers 2nd hand parts?? My car still gave problems and was in a worse state than before, after it was with them for over 3 months. On top of that they gave me a quote for R200 000 : for problems caused by their incompetency. What rubbish is this? On top of that I had items stolen out of the car including a music amp that was installed. The service manager Hendrik Erasmus didn't help at all treated me like I was rubbish and that I'm lying. So I escalated the matter to the Dealer Principal Gawie Stoltz he was also just as useless I sent him mail around August 2016, he said he'll get back to me, to this day I'm still waiting.

After not owning a vehicle for approximately 6yrs my gratitude to Sean Pullinger and All involved at the Centurion dealership. The service from the advisers is great, but the rest is terable. Wan t to charge for parts that is unnecessary. Lied about front brake disks, saying there are only 35% left, needs replacement. When you look at actual pads, there are more than 75% left. Highly un-recomend GM Centurion. Stay away if you do not want to be over charged and pay for unnecessary parts

The service is wonderful, and they make sure they take your car into all sorts of checks.

Most unorganized dealership I have seen in a long time. Can't keep to the original arrangement. Vehicle not ready on time for delivery.

service center is on point with service and customer care, the dealership section the dealer had to google the mokka specs and read it back to for me. and could not provide me with enough information about the car
