I am extremely upset. I bought a Polo TDI from Bargain Auto on the 8th of June 2019. it had 31 000km on the clock. Last week, 11/06/2020, when I phoned VW to book my car for its 45 000km service, VW said that according to their records the last they serviced my vehicle was in October of 2018 and at the time the vehicle already had 180 000km on the clock. For an entire year I drove a car believing that it is relatively new. I don't know what to do. This was brought under their attention by Jana whom I dealt with last year, but they are just simply refusing to take responsibility. Now I can't service my vehicle, I don't know if the vehicle has a lot more intense servicing that actually needs to be done, like replacing the Cambelt...

Their prices are reasonable I bought my Isuzu double cab from them.if you are looking for good service I recommend them for you.
