Bargain Books Canal Walk

Very helpful staff with a wide range of all types of books. Great book store within canal walk.

Customer service was excellent, they didn't have the specific book I wanted but they directed me to another store where it was available.

Excellent store with competitive prices. Limited mobility for wheelchair access which was problematic but friendly staff did assist where possible.

Staff don't seem to be very engaging with customers or very friendly, they were standing talking to each other and someone asked me for help instead of the staff. How unprofessional. The best Bargain Books I've been to is the one in Cape Gate. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they are upbeat and they really appreciate their customers.
