The store is great and they have a nice selection of kids books. The staff is amazing and know their store.

BB consistently offers a wonderful array of book selections at lower than average prices. They have a wide range and the staff is always super friendly. This branch also had a decent selection of African and African Diaspora authors which I absolutely love.

Always love their collection of books. The wonderful friendly n courteous help by the staff and the great puzzle collection.

I was so disappointed by this place... I hate giving a bad review but this needs mentioning. Someone was watching a tv show or maybe a movie in the staff office located in the back of the store, at top volume, and it sounded like a kiddies show playing. It was so loud you could hear it in the front of the store. On top of this members of staff see no problem shouting at each other across the store, over the heads of customers. This used to be a great store. So sorry to do this. But wow... what a let down.

Customer service awesome, we ordered a book, it arrived earlier than promised and they phoned to advise and then followed up when i didn't collect and kept it for me despite someone else wanting the same book! Friendly staff and very knowledgeable!

As a lover of books, bookshops seldom disappoint my insatiable craving for knowledge and Bargain Books is no exception. A clean and well organized store with some good variety on Sale all year around. Grabbed a copy of A Christmas Carol along with War and Peace for just R95. Although after opening the seal, it was discovered the font of the latter was painfully small. Perhaps should check the inner contents of the book before buying. Apart from that helpful and amiable staff and good experience.
