Bateleur Safari Lodge

An absolutely wonderful clamping experience. Staff were friendly and very helpful nothing was a problem. Spa is a must I would recommend the massages. The dogs were my favourite the old soul who insisted on rubs, and the please throw me a ball all day but only when I am ready.

Hello I'm highly disappointed in the place we book We got there yesterday and fist the tent was nothing like the picture we booked the private accommodation full catering with game drive include The add said it had an outstanding showers and we clearly where in the standard tent for the private accommodations price then when we got there nobody knows what was going on we asked for the game drive and they kept on saying the PH is coming nobody came so the said we have to do it the next day but the game drive was included in the pages per day We asked about the boat Cross and on the website they said Min 2 people but when we got there they said we have to pay for 4 people if we want to go alone with 2 people For the price It was a big disappointment so we ended up leaving we came all the way from Botswana We had to make alternative plans 18:00 at night I will not recommended this to anyone Noteworthy details:

A big thank you to all the staff members at Bateleur Tented Safari lodge. What a great stay to spend our wedding anniversary. Also a big break from the city life. We had the most amazing stay with a group of 12 people for a 40th birthday celebration. If you ever decide to host an event there I would definitely recommend it. Ask for Nadia, she was at our back and call from the second we got there and went out of her way to make it an incredibly special weekend.Rooms: 5/5

My friend Beryl and I spent 9 days at the Lodge and what an amazing experience did we have. The camp is beautiful and very clean. The tents is spotless and the white bedding looks so inviting when you arrive, that you cannot wait to lie down. It is one of the most amazing places that I have visited in the last 3 years, and I have been to many places, but this one is my favourite. The staff is all very well trained, but I need to mention a few names, Sabena, Reward and Kelvin who was standing in for one of the rangers is so amazing. They are so helpful and take the time to get to know you, so that they can make your stay as pleasant as possible. When you go there you are in the bush, but you have all the luxury of home. Reward took us on a game drive and made sure that we could see as many animals as he could find. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff of this Lodge. It is to far for a weekend, but if you have 4 days and more, it is worthwhile to drive there and enjoy this amazing place. We are definitely going back and taking some friends with, so that they can also enjoy this beautiful place.

We enjoyed our stay in the newly built luxury tented camp. Exotic game is fed once a day near the camp. They are adapted to seeing people, so they are around the camp. Loved the pool and of course the bush spa

A fantastic break from the city. The team managing the farm are great and there are quite a few different an animals roaming the land that you can see on a game drive. The outdoor shower at the tented room was great and I could recommend just taking in the stars at night next to the fire

Beautiful place in the bush, awesome staff, Really a great place to experience a great safari tented lodge. Add it to your bucket list & enjoy every part of the experience. For me my safari & 10 day trip was a trip of a lifetime. So much to see & do in Limpopo.
