Bathroom Bizarre

Great store, fabulous staff and awesome service!!! If I could give them more stars I would! The first day we went window shopping, casually browsing through, and we were served by Dineo and Lethiwe. Both such lovely and courteous ladies who were eager to assist! They indulged us as we were still throwing ideas around. The next time we went there to buy our supplies we were served by Lethiwe. She’s very polite. We’ve gone back there a few times, and sometimes have had to make orders through the phone. Their service has been excellent through and through! They communicate any changes, and communicate before, during and after delivery. They even call you days later just to check if your renovations are going well or if you need more supplies. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them over and over again! Keep up the good work!!!

Not such a wide variety and please remember that there is generally no stock kept onsite. I used to be able to pick up immediately at the warehouse in Modderfontein but now am told it's 2 to 3 days to order from the supplier.

3 stars only because their Edenvale branch are useless. I did buy my shower, but from their online store. The Edenvale branch wanted R750 for delivery, - I stay about 4 minutes away and they can not recommend or work with any installers. Contacting bathroom bizarre online not only was delivery free as it was above R5000 but I also received a list of installers. Bathroom looks great.

The staff are amazing, especially Dineo! Super helpful, friendly! Highly recommend.

Lovely place. Though sales people don't have complete info, they make an effort to show. I suppose this is general problem I'm rsa. When you enter to a place, you see, staff gathering and chatting. Might as well they spend few of that minutes to look deeper in product, it's compatibility with other product etc etc.

Bathroom Bizarre Edenvale Absolutely the best client service. Setiwe and the other staff members assisted us today with much patience and excellent advice. The whole team pitched in to help with everything. From the security guard, the manager, floor staff, stockroom staff - it was like one big family all ready to assist. There was a problem with the system being offline, but this was quickly and professionally dealt with. Thank you for turning a 'have-to-do' shopping into a 'wow-want-to-do-this-again' shopping experience.

Raymond and the others very good with costumers. But Nelson very rude with costumers he saw me full of dust he tout I didn't have money he judges by the looks at end Raymond attended me I bought a lot staff there and now when I go there Neslson tries to be friendly because he realised who am I lol sorry to late I don't like people like him

Popular brands for bathroom mixers and great quality products. They did have some great deals when I visited the store. They have my favorite Dado baths and sinks

Great experience and good prices, staff were helpful and friendly. A massive shout out to Zack! He is super friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome.
