Ok Furniture Edenvale Head Office

My wife and I bought a bedroom suite for 15000.00 from OK in Boksburg a week ago. When they delivered, the mounting of the headboard was broken and the surface of the mirror started bubbling. We called them to replace and was met with lie after lie, dissrespect by staff, and told that we can cancel the agreement if we wish! I will steer clear of this company in the future and do all in my power to make my sure the general public gets well informed on Social media!

Worst customer service, my husband bought something online and its been nearly a week already and we still don't have our product, i called online numerous times but i would hold for 30mins on the line and they keep transferring me to didn't lines and eventually they just drop the call, like OK Head Office are you able to reimburse my airtime wasted to call ? I think not Please work on your client services, i am still waiting for my online product

This store gave credit to a pensioner who only has her grant as her income I don't how this is possible, they didn't do her credit check to see if she qualify for credit, She only has R1 890 as her income only and they want her to pay R983.12 every month and I don't understand why ??

I write to register my displeasure about one employ at OK furnitures Lusaka Mandahill shop by the name of John. I got a bed yesterday 04/09/2018 and i was told it will be made available same day after and i was given a number for John to make a followup. I made a follow-up later in the afternoon only to be told they were having transport challenges. He indicated he will make it available by 12hrs today which i understood and the only minor concern i had was for them to communicate if they have challenges instead of waiting for a customer to call. So this morning i called him asking if the 12hrs stood to which he affirmed and i went further to ask him not to bring a single bed but a 3 quarter and all i do pay the difference. So i went there at 11:50 and to my surprise without any level of apology he tells me, with his stupid American wan be accent, its not ready and that i can go the central warehouse to pick it up myself since i have transport. Then sarcastically he tells at 11:55 that its actually not 12hrs. Then i said so we wait for 5 minutes the bed is going to be here. Then he just ignores me and says since i have a vehicle i should just go pick it myself. Then i challenged him say i bought this item here and that i was not told i have to pick it up here. Then he says you will get the bed as and when its brought here and he walks away. Very stupid person.

Bought a Restonic 152cm Saturn Pillow-Top Base Set cash, I'm now having to log a second complaint after the mattress was changed the on the 1st complaint... Head office staff telling me about a levy which I may need to pay... They sell a bad quality bed then they need me to pay a levy when I complain about that...pathetic!!!

Managers can't handle customer complaints, staff not sure about their work I'm very dissappointed with Ok furniture the service is very bad.

I have ordered a fridge online it's been two weeks but I have not receive it yet. I will not recommend anyone to use their online platform.

It seems like you don't care the customers need,Taking for ever just to respond to credit application.
