What a life saver this place has been. In our deepest hour of need they went beyond to help us. They helped us when another place put the wrong fuse in, leading to burnt wires throughout the cars wiring harness. Great service. Genuine people. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to all my family and friends.

I took my car Lexus there to hav a tobar fitted. At first I was happy. Then I got a puncture on one of my tires. When I treid to remove the spare wheel I found it to be jamed in the cavity the spare wheel is supposed to fit in. After about 10 minutes and one hell of a struggle we got the spare out. I then phoned the next day and was told to bring the car back. The person that answered the phone asked me when woul I like to bring the car in. I said the next day. On arriving there the next day I was told that they are fully booked and I must come back at a later date, that after I made a booking the previous day. I would not rever anyone to make use of this guy. His excuse was that he was not aware that his staff forced the spare into place. Ultimately it is his responcabillity to see that work done on a vehicle is done propperly.
The worst experience ever! Very unprofessional! Even after I booked a day in advance to allow them to get everything in place, the 4-hour job became an 8-hour one! I came from Lydenburg to get my towbar fitted here and had to arrive at home after 21H00 because of their incompetence. When they came to the part where they had to install the harness, they discovered they didn't have any and had to get one delivered! Then, the R3500 price became R3950 when I went to pay, because they neglected to state that the price excludes VAT! I would not recommend their service to anyone, not even my enemies!
I popped in, without an appointment, just to ask if they could check what is wrong with my trailer lights ect. They were so helpful and friendly, and looked at my trailer straight away. Turns out that there is something wrong with the wiring and I left it there for they to sort out. Must say, I am VERY HAPPY with the service I have received from them. THANK YOU Edenvale Towbar
The best service, thank you so much. These guys helped us last minute very late and they were super professional, even allowed me to use their tools to finish something i had to do while we wait
Clients BEWARE: Went there in start of May'18 to get a rollbar for Isuzu. They didn't have stock and said we can pay and incluse courier then they will ship it. After a month still no feedback or courier. After almost two months we cancelled and was told it is okay and they will refund, but have called Franscois and AJ numerous times, every week since then but still no resolve. If you pay for something with them make sure you get the item immediately otherwise don't make payment. They are evasive when it comes to refunds. They gave me two other numbers also for the lady making payments but those numbers are just bogus as they have never worked. I'm tired waiting on these scammers and will start further procedings from now.
They did poor work on my car and stuffed up with the electronics which will now void my guarantee. They promised me a full refund when they uninstalled the towbar after I took it back. I've waited over two weeks and got the run around. Bank details were provided and evidence of this sent to Ajay who claimed he wasn't the owner at first, but is in fact an owner. He then got a lawyer to advise me that I wont get a refund but yet he has posted that I will on this platform. Charges for a towbar, does a poor job, then takes back the towbar and doesn't give you your money back!
Called twice for an invoice to get black Friday special pricing. I was told that I HAVE to pay today 23 November 2018. In order to qualify for the price. Then I got in my car and drove all the way there. Gave the lady all my details so she Could send the invoice to my office so payment could be made. Still nothing. I suppose I will have to go somewhere else for the towbars required. Not happy.
