Please contact me regarding the disgusting service I received from your Edenvale branch this afternoon. l - after they fitted TWO incorrect batteries to my vehicle. The first battery that was fitted was too big to be contained within the battery bracket. They put this battery into the battery compartment, without being secured - and were going to send me on my way with an unrestrained battery. The second battery fitted, which did fit and was secured using the battery bracket was only a 45Ah battery. My original battery was 50Ah. I was treated so rudely and with no sense of urgency when I said that if a battery with the SAME or greater capacity as my old battery could not be fitted, then I wanted a refund. When I demanded a refund from the manager, I was made to wait while two other clients were assisted who arrived AFTER ME before he would do a reversal on my card... Ultimately, once the manager eventually did refund me, in the most tardy way imaginable, I was told to "F**K OFF"
