They fixed my LG tv for free . I called them and they told me LG was running a special on old TV and they just said bring it in from Limpopo to JHB and they fixed it. Will never forget cause didn't have any money to fix it....
Pretty shocking to see the LG brand on this establishment. Filthy dirty place. They were on loadshedding so GREAT opportunity to sit back and do NOTHING. Surely basic computers can be powered to SERVICE LG customers but NO not our problem. Nice enough guys behind counter, and receptionist downstairs. So we waited for loadshedding to pass as previously I had phoned and poor service too, that's why we drove through. Waste of time they did not have the spares as LG Korea had discontinued. Filthy and broken toilet too. LG should insist on standards to people who represent the LG BRAND
They were offline unable to help with locating a part for a washing machine. Did not even phone the warehouse to check, not even the Manager Victor could help.Very poor service.
I do not question the quality of their service yet , however I feel they had exaggerated the extent of the repair work needed for my microwave oven...I have lodged a complaint and am awaiting their response.
Don't know if these people know how to answer a phone wated 10 minutes no answer sent email no reply called next day wated 5 minutes for reception no answer

My microwave was in and out within a week. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff.
This company literally provides false quotations and then picks up your item and gives you a total different bill. They deliberately ignore emails confirmed by employee Josephine. The service is absolutely pathetic. Not a company I would want to work with in the future!!!
Thank you Puleng @ Executronix. Excellent service from beginning to end. Ordered spare part for my LG Dishwasher. 3 working days, collected. How convenient and efficient. Still waiting for Hirsch's service and parts to come back to me from 3 weeks ago.
